Shadow Puppet Workshop – In this interactive workshop, students use shadow puppetry to explore social and emotional learning themes such as empathy, self-expression, and collaboration. Through storytelling, movement, and play, students bring their emotions to life using light and shadow, learning to identify and express their feelings in creative ways. This hands-on experience nurtures imagination while fostering emotional awareness and connection with others.
Body Percussion Workshop – In this energizing workshop, middle school students explore rhythm and teamwork through body percussion. Using claps, snaps, stomps, and movement, students learn to listen closely, express themselves physically, and collaborate as an ensemble. This playful and grounding experience builds confidence, focus, and a deeper awareness of how we communicate and connect through sound and the body.
Meditation, Sound Bath & Labyrinth Workshop In this reflective workshop, high school students are guided through mindfulness practices including seated meditation, a restorative sound bath, and a contemplative walk through a labyrinth. These sensory experiences invite students to slow down, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with their inner compass. The workshop offers a calm space for grounding, emotional regulation, and exploring personal intention during times of transition and growth.
